Where
Centric's national headquarters and pharmacy facilities are located at 17877 Chesterfield Airport Road in Chesterfield, Missouri, a western suburb of St. Louis. Management, administration, patient services, pharmacy fulfillment and information technology are housed at this site.

When
Established in 2004 as a privately held LLC, Centric was incorporated in November of 2005. The senior management team is led by CEO Craig Kephart; COO Michelle Hefley; and CFO Larry Glascott. Centric moved into its new headquarters building in March, 2005.
